At Safepoint Fire, we believe that fire safety is not just a regulatory checkbox—it is a moral commitment. Based in the heart of Mumbai, we have grown from a local service provider into one of Maharashtra’s most reliable Licensed Fire Safety Agencies.
Our Motto Is Safety
Our Mission
To provide world-class fire protection technology that is accessible, reliable, and compliant, ensuring that every home, office, and factory in Maharashtra is equipped to prevent and combat fire emergencies.
From the high-rises of Worli to the sprawling industrial units in Thane and Pune, we understand the unique architectural and safety challenges of Maharashtra. Our solutions are customized to fit your specific structural needs.
We are an authorized agency recognized by the Maharashtra Fire Services. We ensure your property strictly adheres to the Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, protecting you from both fire risks and legal penalties.
We don’t just install equipment; we manage its entire lifecycle. From obtaining your Provisional Fire NOC to providing half-yearly Form B certificates and 24/7 AMC support, we are your long-term safety partners.
We use advanced pressure testing and digital tracking for fire extinguisher refilling and system audits. You will never miss a compliance deadline with our automated reminder systems.
When you partner with us, you aren’t just buying a fire extinguisher; you are gaining a dedicated team of consultants and engineers who stay awake so you can sleep soundly. We take pride in our rapid response times across Mumbai and our ability to handle complex industrial fire engineering projects.
F.A.Q.
Yes. Under the Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2006, all buildings must conduct a fire audit. For high-rise buildings and commercial spaces, submitting Form B twice a year (in January and July) is a legal requirement to certify that your fire systems are in working order.
You need to apply through the MIDC Single Window Portal. Safepoint Fire assists in the entire process—from designing the fire map and installing the equipment to coordinating with the Divisional Fire Officer for the final inspection and certificate issuance
A Provisional Fire NOC is issued during the construction phase based on the building plans. A Final Fire NOC is issued after the building is complete and all fire-fighting systems (hydrants, sprinklers, alarms) have been installed and tested by a licensed agency like Safepoint Fire.
Fire extinguishers must be refilled immediately after any use, even if only partially discharged. Even if unused, they should be refilled according to the manufacturer’s expiry date (usually every 1-3 years depending on the type) and must undergo a Hydrostatic Pressure Test every 3 years to ensure the cylinder’s strength.
Is Your Building “SafePoint” Ready?
Under the Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, compliance isn’t optional—it’s mandatory. Use this checklist to verify your building’s safety status before the next Form B deadline.
